Hongyi Center is located in the new International Innovative Financial District of Shenzhen’s former Seaport. The architectural design is simple and exquisite.Hony Center includes two towers, a 55,000-square-meter office building and a 25,000-square-meter residential building, of which the office building is the headquarters of Hony Investment. The design of the office building is simple and clean, creating the image of a “classic building”.The repeated strips of residential buildings are decorated with the same material expressions, linking the two buildings to form a vibrant architectural layout.
The north facade is a stone wall with a groove that reveals an internal atrium.Vertical stone fins mark the west facade, contrasting with the glass curtain wall to the south. The glowing “golden brick” building stands straight on the ground, showing warm colors, and the north-facing stone wall is gently washed by the light, creating an elegant and solemn landmark.Continuous light bars are integrated into the west facade, showing multi-level light guidance.
The facade lighting changes according to a person’s position and viewing angle, creating a dynamic effect.Indoors, the backlit grooves along the southern glass curtain wall create a repetitive effect, so that the entire building facade shows the lines of these rays of light, forming an elegant luminous box, and juxtaposed with the “golden brick” stone tower at night.
The warm and uniform polished stone walls in the south hall and the uniform vertical lighting above the louver ceiling create a “golden luminous box”.In all public corridors and elevator halls, linear polishers emphasize the stone core wall. The scenic elevator wall is embedded with luminous light strips, surrounding the three sides of the atrium on each floor, forming a dynamic vertical “light tube”, highlighting the stone wall building to the north.
